Hi, I'm Stephanie and I've worked as a Sleep Technoloigist for more than 10 years now. I know from my patients just how frustrating not being able to sleep is. It's quite normal that you are feeling sad, confused even angry. Let's now try and turn that "worry energy" around and point it towards a cure so you can get a good night's sleep again. The first bit of good news is that you just did the right thing by researching this yourself as most people can easily cure themselves (without doctors or drugs) and then quickly get back to their normal sleep patterns. |
QUICK ACTION IS IMORTANT One reallly important truth in Sleep Hygine is that taking action on your sleep problem as fast as possible gets you back to sleep as fast as possible. The longer you leave it then the worse your body gets out of balance and so the longer it takes to recover. Because of that reason I decided to take a little time writing this so that hopefully I will be caring for less people who's original simple problem just got way, way out of control. |
